What Guests Loved
Based on 40 reviews
Pros +
- Convenient location, friendly staff. Modern facilities.
- I absolutely loved the Starbucks, 711, and food options in a walkable distance. Although the bathroom was small, it was very clean and updated. I was scared it would be a grungy bathroom with mold but you could tell it is very well taken care of.
- Breakfast was fabulous. The room was cozy and clean.
Cons -
- The beds are so hard :-(Some fruit and cereals would be nice on the breakfast buffet.
- The bed was so uncomfortable, but I understand you get what you pay for. I believe we only spent $90 for the night so it makes sense that the bed wasn't well invested in.
- The bed was a little firm for our tastes and we would have preferred an extra pillow or two and could have likely gotten them if we had asked but didn’t. Despite this, we still slept very well.

Nice value for money & clean accommodation in a convenient location.
Aircon in my room did not work.
The staff are friendly and nice! They explain everything that needs to know about the stay. My boyfriend said he loved the chicken kare they served at breakfast.
Not that many amenities, would love to have a shower cap and some hair tie
Cleanliness and friendly staff
Bed was hard, sound proofing was weak. We couldn’t sleep at all with kids running down the hallway late at night, and guests from other rooms constantly banging their suitcases. Every slight movement could be heard. Breakfast not recommended for picky guests.
Front desk very friendly and helpful. Please invite me to your next staff nomikai.
Didn't like the whole bed especially the itchy comforter. My pillow gave me a headache.
The place was clean and welcoming. The room was spacious and had what it needed. The onsen was so relaxing and clean. the Breakfast was convenient, many options available.
